This part continues from the last session and includes the selling of the final few pieces of gear from my Stonekeep venture. We also ensure that my gear is top notch by repairing the "Almost New" Longsword of Lifesteal.

Of course, repairing it suddenly reveals something of great importance. Charges return when the weapon is repaired, meaning we will not be losing them indefinitely upon usage as I previously assumed. Note also that using the weapon naturally decimates charges, meaning it is ideal to use another weapon if we have it so we can use Lifesteal when needed. With both of these concepts in mind, I suddenly realize that we have a method to get back health quite a number of times in the event we are unable to rest.

We also finally proceed with the main quest, finding out the location of Fang Lair. Before heading there, I try to stock up on some extra gear by exploring various weapon shops, though it turns out pretty much all of them have nothing of real value to me.

We get Jamihaus as an audience member during this part, apparently a big fan of this game. Being the first person to view my stream during this playthrough, I finally am informed that my microphone was being drowned out by the game audio during this session.

We then make it to Fang Lair, which is practically the Mines of Moria, having a bunch of abandoned carts with things lying around on places between the underlying shafts. I encounter my first Zombie, whom I do not recall from this game, when I assume mistakenly that resting in the shafts is similar to resting on raised surfaces.

Shortly into my exploration of Fang Lair, my game started to freeze for whatever reason on a constant basis. I was wondering why it was acting up so much, then we eventually get to a point where it crashes. Sadly, whatever the issue was involved OBS's recognition of my microphone. I still was able to speak and my computer was able to hear me, but OBS wasn't able to pick it up for whatever reason until the software was restarted. As I did not know this until Jamihaus questioned it, we do have a short period of time where my commentary was lost.

Luckily, because I was informed of the issue, I was able to restart OBS and get functional audio once more; my commentary will be entirely functional with proper volume levels for the next part.
