Soon we'll be ready to enter into more dangerous territory again, another shortcut through a radiation area. This one is quite a bit longer and more dangerous and we're further along in the journey. With the possibility of heading into a radiation zone in a worst situation then the first time you have to be doubly sure you'll be able to endure it well enough to make the extra risk worth it.

While I don't set a different pace or use more food in this excursion into extra peril it's definitely something to consider if you're planning on doing it yourself; moving fast through these areas is what's important and setting the pace to fast will do that if you don't mind the downsides attached to it.

Also, it's worth noting that unlike the medkit scavenger perk the effect of money scavenger is fare more noticeable. It does have the very obvious drawback however; money is great and all but it's not very tasty, won't run your car for long and you can't use it as a very good medkit.
