Let's Play the Stanley Parable 04: Stanley Makes the Wrong Choices
Further to the previous videos description we have established that if Stanley were given free will to make his own choices those choices could be bad. In this description we will discuss if those choices are also wrong. For choices to be wrong there has to be ones that are right as well as those that are neither wrong or right. Is it therefore possible for Stanley to make wrong choices if he doesn't know which ones are right or wrong? Is the perception of who thinks the choices are wrong important? How much should once factor in if a wrong choice ends all existence on a scale of 1 to 10?
It's also important to note that a wrong choice isn't always a bad choice. Sometimes the best choice you can make in a situation is wrong, sometimes the worst choice you can make is right. It all depends on whose making the choice, who it affects and most important, if it affects you. For some people, if it affects them negatively it's the wrong choice no matter what it is.
What's important here is if the choice is wrong for Stanley and we all know that it's quite likely that if he makes the choice it's going to be wrong.
