Getting to the superfreighter has been tricky enough so far, but that’s only the first step in an ambitious plan. We also need to find a way on board and only then can we take advantage of the information Dowd gave us about its weak points. We have to presume that we’ll be as unwelcome on the vessel as we are in the base, but that’s nothing new to JC at this point. Our list of friends is short indeed and MJ12 have no shortage of allies, be they unwitting or in the loop on their plans. We can’t let them succeed, for the price of failure here is heavy indeed.

The main danger in your approach is the large number of robots that are on guard. The smaller ones are in sufficiently large groups that they can overwhelm you through attrition and the less said about how dangerous the big ones are, the better. People going through the game the first time round will be tempted to save their heavy ordinance for the ship, but the game gives you more than enough of it here and on board for you to take out everything that opposes you. Who knows, you may find that not everyone in the base is unwilling to lend a helping hand, provided you give them the opportunity to do so.
