Let's Replay Stonekeep #12: The Sharga Mines
191It's time to leave the ruins of Stonekeep behind and move to the next major segment of the game, the Underlands. We won't see the aesthetic of Stonekeep for a long time now and with it goes the relatively feeling of safety and familiarity we had before. Drake is in unknown territory for him now, filled with threats unknown and dangers aplenty and though he has Farli to accompany him, two alone isn't going to be enough to prevail here.
The enemies from here on out are even stronger then before and drop fewer items upon defeating them, so we're likely to start using our healing resources at this point. It may look like we have lots of roots and potions at the moment, but they heal far less then you think and the shargas here hit a lot harder then before, enough that you need to be very careful with how you fight the battles before you. You could go back to the healing fountain in the ruins of Stonekeep to heal up, but they're a significant distance away and there are closer places to replenish our health if you know where to look.
