Best Garden is a puzzle? game about making the best garden you can in 60 seconds. As you succeed, you unlock more stuff you can put down. It's a cute idea, but the controls are brutal, and there's no real explanation as to how to make the judges happy. Neat concept, poor execution.
Density Experiment is a brutal screen solve puzzle where you have to try and find some keys to open the exit. The gimmick is that you can rotate the screen in 90% intervals, and let gravity move you around. It's a neat idea (and not an entirely original one), but the controls are violently touchy, and you can get stuck on every wall tile if you're walking towards them. It was infuriating.
Zone of Lacryma is a SHMUP with a couple neat gimmicks: your weapon recharges by Going Fast TM, and combo-ing up on kills will boost your weapons effectiveness. In addition to that, there's a story to go along with the missions! It's a fairly predictable story, but it is there. There's also an upgrade system that makes the many losses you face a little less painful. Sadly I got stuck on the boss at level 9, but aside from that: I really enjoyed this one. Oh, and the music's great!
