These were chosen mainly for the amount of joy and entertainment I got from playing each game.

1-Alpha Protocol: Despite its many technical flaws, I loved the game's design and very nay choose your own adventure aspects.

1-Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood: A very polished entry in the series that address many of my complaints with the previous games and adding new elements that I enjoyed immensely.

1-Yakuza 3: The HD entry of one of my favorite series. Great in all respects expect the cuts, no hostess clubs no GOTY for you this year.

4-Divinity II: Ego Draconis: Super solid RPG, mind reading FTW.

5-Fallout: New Vegas: More of the same, with a good chuck of technical issues. Still fun and immersive though.

6-Red Dead Redemption: Still not a fan of the engine, but a great first and last six hours, and likeable character.

7-StarCraft 2 Wings of Liberty: A great follow up. Polished gameplay and great presentation.

8-Rock Band 3: Added features to drumming that I wanted, slightly weaker tracklist in my opinion.

9-Heavy Rain: A little disappointed with the some controls and plot elements, but love the pedigree.

10-Kirby's Epic Yarn Wii: A great forgiving colorful smile inducing platforming.
