A full playthrough of the demo for the game Lone Fungus, a platforming Metroidvania that draws inspiration from Hollow Knight and Celeste. As the last mushroom you are awakened to make it to the top of the world collecting powerups to traverse a world built by mushrooms.

There are a number of familiar elements such as pogoing (especially spikes) while having "mush movers", objects that will aid in platforming, such as propelling you in a direction when struck with your sword. The game also offers multiple difficulty settings an assist mode to make the platforming more accessible for all players.

This run collects all seven relics possible (my thanks to the developer for pointing out how to obtain the backdash relic, which I missed initially). It is possible to collect the invincibility stone relic without backdash but requires good fireball positioning to pogo over. You can also get to other spots but you won't be able to progress further yet.
