In order to unlock The Power Of Friendship achievement, you must complete the Massacre Princess video game. This game cannot be found while exploring, but must be bought from the Gamer, who is a random visitor that may knock on your door.

This video game takes a LONG time to finish, so make sure you have a few days left if you want to do this. It took about 2 days to complete, and that was mostly just playing it over and over! If you don't want to waste the time you have left, just make a separate save to do this on, and then switch back afterwards!

To get the Gamer to show up, pass time in your apartment by doing activities like video games or the crossword puzzle. When you get a knock at the door, go check to see who it is. If it is a heavyset man in a trench coat, this is the Gamer. Open the door and check his items for sale. Make sure to purchase Massacre Princess (but also grab the other games if you are going for the other 2 achievements associated with finding the video games).

After purchasing the game, he will then try to get it back from you, claiming that he didn't mean to have it for sale. Keep denying him, and keep the game. He will eventually give up and leave. Now, just keep playing the game until it is complete, and the achievement will unlock!
