In order to unlock the Projector Doom achievement, you must use the Negative Disc on the projector while it is pointed at the wall. Doing this will cause the MC to die, since they will see the likeness of the Visitor. I do not have the video of getting the Void Disc and turning it into the Negative Disc, but I will post the steps below.

First off, to get the Void Disc, you must go to apartment 31 on the third floor. The room to this apartment opens after a few days have passed, and will have an invisible enemy in it (the Stargazer). Turning off the lights will allow you to enter to Telescope Room (top right corner of the main room), where you will find the Void Disc. You can turn the Void Disc into the Negative Disc by pointing the telescope out of the window and placing the Void Disc on the ground. The lights must be off for this to work.

Once you have the Negative Disc, head to the Apartment where Vincent is. He is found in Apartment 37, which is also on the third floor, to the west past your own apartment. I can't remember exactly what caused his door to be open, but it happened pretty early in the game. Once in his apartment, head to the door to the east of the entrance. This is the room with the Retroprojector.

Interact with the Retroprojector. You must tilt the head forward, insert the Negative Disc, and turn it on (doesn't seem to have to be in this order, though). Once you have done these 3 things, an image of the Visitor will be projected on the wall, killing the MC, and unlocking the trophy!
