Los Santos Air Medevac Ambulance Patrol | GTA 5 LSPDFR Episode 558
36In this episode of LSPDFR, we will be patrolling as the Los Santos Fire Department Air Rescue. We will be patrolling in a Bell Huey from Coastal Callouts. We will be running medial air evac, medevac helicopter missions for this patrol.

We begin our patrol with a call for a Car Crash on a parking garage. We fly on over to the top of the parking garage and land. When we attempt to render aid, the call bugs out and the people disappear. Next we respond to a call for a person with a broken leg. The person fell off their roof and needs to be air lifted to the hospital! When we arrive on scene, we deploy the basket and ride down to the ground. We then load up the person into the basket and bring them back into the helicopter. We then fly back to the hospital and deliver them to the ER. We fly over to the beach and land on the ground. We then attempt to help the person who has been drowning. A by stander then attacks us! We call for police backup and they arrive on scene within a minute. The suspect then runs away! The final call we respond to for this episode is a Sinking Car.
