Notes:
At end of Titan, using 30% mitigation at start of Tumults helps with getting it back for Homing Lasers in Ultima with fast killtimes. If killtimes are even faster, you are not getting it back up in time. You should use Reprisal for added safety if that is the case.
For second Homing Lasers in Ultima, after the second set of Feather Rains you can move next to the main tank to avoid boss from spinning unnecessarily if they don't provoke immediately.
