In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, we'll once again be using the Reaper skull! Reaper is often considered one of the strongest skulls in the entire game, and it's easy to see why. Reaper specializes in natural damage scaling like no other skull can thanks to it's passive soul stealing feature, which allows it to collect souls occasionally from enemies it kills. Each soul collected represents 1% magic damage, and if you get Reaper early this can lead to multiple hundreds of extra magic damage% at the end of your run. There's multiple methods for getting more souls, but the simplest method is by swapping; every kill Reaper gets with his swap attack guarantees a collected soul, which also can on top of the guaranteed soul generate the regular soul that would spawn naturally by killing an enemy as Reaper, and this allows you to, especially in large groups of smaller and weaker enemies, farm souls like crazy. Another cool thing about Reaper is how the game calculates your damage%, which is whatever the current active skull is where your damage% is calculated from. This means if you have a skull that deals delayed/lingering damage, such as Warlock with his Meteor attack, or Grave Digger with his summons, you can cast the meteor/summons and then swap into your Reaper to make these attacks deal even more damage. This is what we'll be doing this run, with Grave Digger as my partner skull! How strongly can these two combo off of each other? Can they overwhelm the end game gauntlet?
