In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be using Ghoul with a Rapidity focused strategy! Ghoul is one of the strongest skulls in the entire game, with great natural damage% potential just attached with the skull through both his abilities as well as his passive. Ghoul's entire mechanics center around his ability to tear chunks of flesh off his enemies as he deals damage to them, which causes him to both grow in size and power, and if he takes damage while he has the chunks he can swallow the meat to regain some of his lost HP. In the past I've been hesitant to call Ghoul a universally powerful skull because I thought how he grows in size would make him hard to maneuver around with for newer players, but it turns out his natural ability to heal allows him to endlessly tank damage, rendering the caution meaningless. Also, further compound this with the Revenge inscription and the Piety Dark Ability, and his tanking ability can make him near immortal. However, this time around I take a slightly different approach with Ghoul, focusing on Rapidity 4 to give me the extra basic attacks, ideally generating more meat chunks! Since this is a Ghoul run, I don't build a partner skull for this run; it's solo Ghoul! How will Ghoul fair in the unforgiving late game?
