The next world in the game is Merry Mini-Land, it is a theme park that introduces some new things, like the Flower Fans, which are active based on the Color Switches, Springs which can be carried, and Bob-ombs, as Mario goes through the theme park to find the Mini-Mario toys and stop Donkey Kong.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Merry Mini-Land is a new world to the remake, this was not in the original GBA version, and it does introduce new additions to courses, like Donut Blocks and Bob-ombs earlier. It is based on Coaster Hills from Mario Vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!, which could be where the "Mini-Land" part of the world name comes from.
4-1 introduces Flower Fans, those are active based on the Color Switches, and they blow Mario in the direction they are facing, and some of which lead to presents and another part of the level, and the second part has Donut Blocks which leads to the Mini-Mario.
4-2 is the first course to have the green Springs which Mario can carry and allow him to get to the higher platforms, as well as the Flower Fans to help out, and the second part has ropes with the Snapjaws.
4-3 makes use of Bob-ombs, and you throw them to destroy blocks, and Bob-ombs can be carried through the gusts from the Flower Fans, which comes to use throughout both parts of the level.
4-4 has Warp Box, and those are active based on the Color Switches active, a Warp Box is connected with another of the same colour, and the second part of the course has crumbling blocks which start to disappear when Mario steps on them.
4-5 has the yellow bird, the first part makes use of the Flower Fans and the Spring to get to the key to open the door, while the second part has cannons, they shoot cannonballs, and if Mario makes contact with them, he is defeated instantly from them, this means he must avoid them.
4-6 is an obstacle course with Warp Boxes, cannons, Bob-ombs, and Color Switches, and the Flower Fans in the second part of the course, as there is a lot to go through for this course.
Next is the Mini-Mario level, and you have to make use of the Flower Fans to guide the Mini-Mario toys through the course and that they avoid the spikes, and using the Color Switches to activate platforms for them. After getting them through, it is time to fight Donkey Kong, and like previous fights with him, Donkey Kong throws trash cans and you have to make use of the Flower Fans to throw them at him four times, and what makes it a bit harder is that Donkey Kong can throw barrels as well. After the battle, Donkey Kong makes his escape, and the new world in the game is Spooky House, this would have been the fourth world in the original Mario Vs. Donkey Kong for the GBA.
