I check out Makuhita Dojo in this video, and there are many types of mazes, each of which are themed around different Pokémon types, and at the end are some tough opponents, that place can be good for training. I take on some rescue jobs and have an encounter with Team Meanies, a team of evil led by Gengar.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After checking out Wigglytuff Club, a new area can be accessed, and it is the Makuhita Dojo, which was reworked in Rescue Team DX, but in this game, you have different mazes which act as regular dungeons with three floors, the third floor is where you can take on the bosses. At the start, you have the Grass, Electric, Fighting, Flying, Dark, and Steel Mazes, and to go over the Pokémon you can find, the Grass Maze has Sunkern and Exeggcute, the Electric Maze only has Voltorb, the Fighting Maze has Tyrogue and Meditite, the Flying Maze has Pidgey, the Dark Maze has Poochyena, and the Steel Maze has Aron and Beldum.
For bosses, those tend to have Pokémon you don't encounter until later dungeons, and they tend to be really tough at this point in the game, the Grass Maze, you fight Sunkern, Exeggcute, Shroomish, and Cacnea, the Electric Maze, you fight two Voltorb and two Electrike, the Fighting Maze has a tough foe, you fight Hitmonlee, Tyrogue, and Meditite, the Hitmonlee is a dangerous opponent as it knows some strong attacks like Brick Break, Jump Kick, and Rolling Kick. The Dark Maze, you fight two Poochyena and two Murkrow, the Flying Maze, you fight Pidgey, Farfetch'd, and Doduo, and the Steel Maze, you fight two Aron and two Beldum.
What you have to do is take on some rescue jobs, and you can recruit Pokémon, and one thing to note, in Tiny Woods, no Pokémon can be recruited there. To list Pokémon that you might want to pick up, Thunderwave Cave doesn't have the best Pokémon there is, they are there if you want to recruit every Pokémon in the game, the best ones are Voltorb, which can get SonicBoom through level up and will need a TM for Thunderbolt to give it an Electric-type move as it doesn't get Spark till Level 21, and Elekid is a good one to get as it can get ThunderPunch at Level 9.
Then for Mt. Steel, one Pokémon that I really like to get is Zigzagoon, this is because they level up very quickly, and if you are patient enough, Zigzagoon learns Pin Missile at Level 25. I won't go too much into the Pokémon, but do note that you might not be able to recruit every Pokémon, for example, for Aron, the only way to access its Friend Area at this point in the game and recruit one is if you started with Charmander. For Friend Areas, there are some you cannot buy from Wigglytuff Club at that point, but you can get them earlier for certain starters, those Pokémon are Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Meowth, Psyduck, Cyndaquil, Torchic, and Skitty. We cannot recruit Baltoy at this point in the game as we won't have access to its Friend Area until completing the main game.
After you have done some rescue jobs, we encounter Team Meanies for the first team, they are a rescue team, but they are more evil compared to other rescue teams, their leader is Gengar, and they first appear where they steal our rescue jobs, but then Pelipper comes along and gives us some new ones. Then we do some more rescue jobs in order to continue on with the adventure, when doing rescue jobs, you can even get new Friend Areas for completing them.
