Hello again MAA fans. Today we're taking a look at the new Spec Ops that is out. This one is based around Arcade taking over and forming a walled off area called Murderworld. This Murderworld pits the heroes against the reformed villains aka the lockbox heroes.

Aside from Arcade pitting you against your own heroes, you fight enemies that are robotic versions of both heroes and villains (like robo Toad and robo Colossus). There are 2 current lockbox heroes. 1 is Doctor Doom who will be available around Christmas and the other is Moonstone. In mission 1, to get the epic boss you need Spiderman, Bishop and Hawkeye. For the villain side, you need Black Cat, Black Widow and Emma. This allows you to face Constrictor and Taskmaster or Spider-Man and Captain Britain.

You will craft 2 staves along the way and fight each mission from both sides, multiple times. Even though I wasn't into the game so much then, it reminds me of the Phoenix 5 spec ops they had awhile ago. Arcade is the group boss and I find him pretty easy to deal with. I've had good times with the infiltrator version and the blaster one. I've also had no issues with the scrapper one but I prefer the infil one the best. I'd recommend going into all fights with Arcade havign some form of stun protector and debuff cleanser equipped. All of his abilities are based around games and clown items like tilt, the cake is a lie, hand buzzer and more.

I will say that the 3 bird fight of Magneto, Omega and Sabertooth was a bit tough. Everything else has seemed decent and Arcade is not that hard to face. I think Kurse was worse by far and Thanos too. I'm not too sure how much I'd like Moonstone but I definitely am interested in seeing Nico.
