Max Payne 3 - future data skip in Chapter 4-13
5This trick allows you to skip the 36-seconds long cutscene leading into Chapter 4-14... but there's a catch.

0:11 - you should activate future data after dealing with all the enemies in the area and Passos is near the balcony.
This combines the current cutscene and next Checkpoint, as usual. Unfortunately the combined cutscene continues on, leaving Max stuck in cutscene motions indefinitely.
0:18 - to complete doing this skip, you need to get Max shot by the faraway enemies while he is walking down the stairs. Then, after you get a game over and retry, the game will continue on like normal from Chapter 4-14. Otherwise, you're stuck watching the combined cutscene until it's over and won't save any time.
Getting Max shot is harder than you'd imagine. Collision and low accuracy causes most enemy shots to miss during this time. Accomplishing it becomes easier if you are on higher difficulties. The skip also becomes faster if you do all this without having any painkillers or are playing on Old School, because that way you skip the part where Max is stuck in Last Man Standing.
As for how much time this skip saves? Watching the cutscene normally takes 36 seconds, so the future data can save anything from 30 seconds to 0 seconds depending on the circumstances and how fast Max gets shot. It's very RNG-heavy no matter what.
To make this skip even more unwieldy, you don't have enough future data opportunities in a Story-mode run to try both this skip as well as the Chapter 4 outro skip. So, the most likely use for this skip would be on Score Attack. And even then it's questionable if any runners want to go for it. But yeah... a skip is a skip.
