Applying checkpoint restart glitch to this autoscroller section, and it works wonders.

0:00 - First cutscene that glitches up is the Checkpoint 7 scene that occurs after having shot all enemies. Retrying at a correct time, two scenes start playing at once, and... then the most embarrassing thing happens, as the helicopter's battery runs dry and both the copter and Max fall straight down from the sky. You don't see that everyday in an action game! Eventually Max stops falling and starts standing upright, with his hands twisted around his awkwardly situated gun. Also, trying to checkpoint retry has no function here, so you have to restart level or quit and return to the game.

(not on the vid: retrying from this scene too early or just canceling it early gives you the endless loading screen.)

1:02 - Then, a clip of a game crash at this checkpoint. I think you can manipulate it to occur by trying to do a jump while the loading screen is on.

1:15 - Second cutscene that glitches up is when you shoot the guy that emerges from the door to hassle Giovanna in Checkpoint 10. The helicopter turns invisible and things lack like all heck. Actors also become duplicated, allowing some extraneous Giovannas and baddies to spawn into the area. Because of timing reasons, you probably get a game over because baddies shoot Giovanna while the cutscenes are busy overlapping.

2:15 - If you cancel the scene early, you still have time to rescue Giovanna from the door-emerging baddie. This way everyone has no A.I. in the next scene, and you get stuck because Giovanna doesn't become chased and you can't shoot the baddies to proceed.

3:07 - Third cutscene that glitches up is when you shoot the last bad guy on the catwalk in Checkpoint 11. Max becomes invisible, everyone on the chopper talk over each other hysterically and due to timing reasons, you probably get game over again as the bad guys reach Giovanna while your attention is elsewhere.

3:38 - If you cancel the scene early and manage to defeat the bad guys, the next section has some coloring issues - as if the bullet time mode was on at times, even when it isn't. There are also two Giovannas around, both of whom lack A.I. But things proceed normally when the next scripted scene kicks in.

4:17 - Fourth cutscene that becomes glitched is after having shot the second rocket at the end of Checkpoint 13. Max and the chopper become blown up during a cinematic, but the death never resolves normally. You get many minutes of a red screen, after which a relaxing picture of a sky appears. The game claims you're still inside some cutscene, so retrying is impossible... have to exit game to continue.

4:59 - Leaving the screen early, you get an interesting graphical glitch of Max hovering under the chopper in an upright position. You can target the rocket of doom flying at you in slo-mo, but can't shoot. So you inevitably get blown to bits again. The death screen doesn't resolve properly here either, but after a few minutes of nothing, at least you get the option to retry.
