I noticed a way to go out of bounds at one of the Fae locations. There's a part of the bridge railing you can "phase" through (with either the evolved roll or Dagger charged attack). Use the Dagger charged attack towards it, and frame precisely switch weapons. The attack becomes interrupted, and the protagonist stops deep enough inside the wall that he falls under the bridge. Just a pretty harmless example of getting out of map, but perhaps this technique will allow going out of bounds elsewhere too.
