0Mega Man X. I love Mega Man X. It's one of the great SNES games, a true classic, an evolution of the series.
This is not Mega Man X. This is Mega Man X7. Where they attempted another evolution. "What happens if we make Mega Man X, but in 3D?" Well, we still don't know. Because this doesn't feel like Mega Man in any way, shape, or form. Especially since you can't even play as him! No, you get this new idiot named Axl who has a gun but his main ability is being able to copy other robots. And I... Ok, I don't actually hate the concept. I hate the execution though, ye gods I hate the execution. Which is why I am mostly using Zero.
Like previous games, it had the rescues, and they can die. So that's something to watch out for. But so far I've been making it through alright. Even gotten to a couple boss fights.
