Metroid Dread: Part 8: The Speedy Demise of the 4th E.M.M.I.
Samus travels through more of the aquatic Burenia. At one point, you will have to opening a hold to flood one spot of a room while draining a different part of it, but if you act fast in the now-flooding spot, you can get another Missile Tank. If you don't, you'll have to leave it alone and come back for it later after you've gotten the Gravity Suit.
Sometime after that, it's time to travel back to Dairon and travel through some new rooms. Some of these rooms have water, too, including the new rooms within the E.M.M.I. Zone...
----------
Although the yellow E.M.M.I. is fast, you'll always be able to outrun it... on land that it. So don't let yourself get chased by it underwater, because it WILL get you.
You have a bit more time to Melee Counter it underwater, though, but sadly, I didn't manage that, here.
Fortunately, this is the point in time where you can find its Central Unit, and gain the Omega Cannon for the 4th time to finish it off once and for all.
----------
After Samus defeats the yellow E.M.M.I., she gains the Speed Booster from it. This is one of her most awesome powers where she moves at hyper speed, charging through enemies and orange Speed Booster blocks alike! She can combine this with some of her other actions, such as jumping, wall jumping, and sliding!
But that's not all! If you hold Down during the boost, Samus converts the blue Speed Booster into the charge of the purple Shinespark. You have a few seconds to aim it and have Samus fly off in supersonic speeds in that direction!
Speedrunners have done incredible, flexible things with this move, but I'm gonna often struggle to make this whole technique work for me in advanced stuff in this game. You were warned.
You will need to get the hang of the Speed Booster and Shinespark if you're trying to collect items, though, because some can't be reached unless your fingers are prepped.
