Here is a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Other M for the Wii. I am getting a 100% completion which is only in terms of item pickups.

I go through more of the Cryosphere, getting some expansions as well as the Speed Booster, with the Shinespark coming with it. With these items, Samus can go to a new area.
