Here is a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Other M for the Wii. I am getting a 100% completion which is only in terms of item pickups.

In this part, Samus faces some FG-1000 turrets. After defeating them, she gets a brans new item, the Diffusion Beam. It's pretty helpful in that it spreads to other enemies after a Charge Shot hits an enemy. After that, Samus has to defeat the boss worms Fune and Namihe. Then she goes on to the Biological Experiment Floor and faces a bunch of Kihunters and their King. After that, I move onward, spending some time on trying to get a Missile Tank that I forgot how to get. I eventually reach Experiment Floor 2 and fight another boss, a Groganch, and save after.
