The default block placing reach of a player in survival mode is 4.5 blocks. This distance can be altered by using the attribute command! The range of the player breaking blocks can be increased to 64 blocks. Furthermore, the reach for hitting entities can also be altered with this easy command!
Commands used in the video:
/attribute @p minecraft:block_interaction_range get
/attribute @p minecraft:block_interaction_range base set 64
/attribute @p minecraft:entity_interaction_range base set 64
