With the info that we received, we use it in the Undernet Square to find the Doctor.
Surprise surprise, he's somewhere within the Undernet. So it looks like we got to seek him out. With that, we're able to break yellow colored ice. But now we find that someone's able to reach further down the Undernet. We also need to seek out three BluFrags. One of them is in the hands of a Gospel operative. And guess what, turns out there's another way to reach the Undernet. It's located in KotoSquare.
We need to seek out a special key to reach it. Once we get it, we can finally reach under. Part 13 will have us finally reaching the Undernet and seeking the remaining BluFrags and breaking the ice.
