Just some note, but I think Resolution mode run at 2560x1440p with TAA then maybe reconstrutered at 4K resolution.
Performance Mode looks like running at 1080p or maybe under. But many preset are lowered too, like textures, lightning, hair/vegetation rendering, and shadow resolution.
The gain is rather small despite all the graphic sacrifices made in Performance mode.
At least, the Performance Mode or the Resolution Mode don't suffering some reconstruction frame or some ghosting artefact when you move like Monster Hunter World.
PS5 Performance don't look using FSR3 too.
Think I prefer the game in Resolution mode for PS5 despite.
