Myst Masterpiece Edition Gameplay Part 4 - The Mechanical Age and the Actual Stoneship Age
0I was wrong when I thought that the starting form of the Myst Island was the Stoneship Age. But I won't go ahead of myself. After solving (again) the last puzzle of the previous video, I visited the Mechanical Age through the Myst Book hidden inside the Giant Cogs. It was somewhat tricky to reach the levers above the Elevator inside the Fortress, but I did it and retrieved the Blue and Red Pages from there. It seems that Sirrus, the guy trapped in the Red Book, is the bad one, and Achenar, the guy trapped in the Blue Book, is the good guy; but none of them seems trustworthy to me yet.
After returning to the Starting Age of Myst Island, I rotated the Tower to the Sunken Ship, which concealed the puzzle that involved the Constellations. Then the Island raised and the Ship emerged to surface. The Myst Book leading to the Stoneship Age was located inside and I started the time travel. I made some progress, but I couldn't find the way back to the Starting Age. I tried to make the Batteries power up the Shipwreck, but it seems that I need to do something else before to going there, I presume.
Well, I can't say I'm not satisfied with my progress so far, but I guess that happens when you feel you can still go a little further in what you do.
