Myst Masterpiece Edition Gameplay Part 5 - Entering the Channelwood Age
1I was scratching my head really hard tofind the solution to the Stoneship Age puzzle to power up the Room in the Shipwreck. I was wandering aimlessly for two hours or so, until I stumbled with a Secret Door down the Tunnel to Achenar's Bedroom. That happened when I tried to figure out the trick off-the-record. I was about to give up and watch a gameplay video to learn the trick, so I'm glad I didn't. Within that small corridor connecting both tunnels to each of the Brothers' Bedrooms, there was a Circular Panel, which connects the Shipwreck's Room to the Power Grid from the Lighthouse. Then, I could return to Myst Island in its Starting Age.
I tried to find more clues about the Switch Markers, but I was still unable to interact with the Submersible Lamp, so I returned to the Selenitic and Mechanical Ages to see if I overlooked the other half of the Paper Sheet I found in the Stoneship Age. Also, I found by accident too, that there are White Pages concealed in those Lever Switches scattered across Myst Island, but I don't know yet which book they belong to. In the meantime, I found the way to enter to the Channelwood age, but the clip was close to the 2-hour mark, so I could only play the start.
By the way, if I find again the Blue and Red Pages, I have no idea which brother I'll free first to see what happens. For now, I'm more interested in finding where to bring those White Pages first.
