Naughty Children | Layers of Fear, Introduction (Halloween DLC)
Layers of Fear, Complete Let's Play: Halloween Special Content. This series contains gameplay and a blind playthrough via Twitch live stream during my 2015 Halloween streaming event. This specific part is a Halloween special added by the developers to the game. I believe that a slip of paper you see at the beginning of the main game is better explained once you see / play this part first. Reading about the scary adventures of some foolish kids, being forced to play around with a Ouija Board, and solving the puzzle to get the kids' complete story. Although played after the main game, I thought this was a fitting beginning to this series!

Released on August 27, 2015, by Bloober Team, SA, the psychedelic horror game Layers of Fear puts you in the roll of an insane painter and his quest to finish his magnum opus (his masterpiece). Influenced heavily by the masters and great works of the 19th century, the game shows art in the hands of a madman.
Controls are as follows: W, A, S, D for movement, LMB for interaction, RMB to cancel (if currently interacting) or otherwise to zoom the current view, and Shift is "fast walk" (i.e., almost run).
With similarities to many other games but solidly establishing its own place among horror, Layers of Fear has interactions like Amnesia or SOMA and room shifting / transitioning like System Shock 2 or Scratches. In my opinion, the story is truly engaging and worthy of a place in any horror collection.
With overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam, this mature story covers topic and shows scenes not appropriate for the timid. Can I complete the gruesome painting and somehow find sanity? Will I go insane before I can finish (or because I finally finish it)? Let's play Layers of Fear: the insanity awaits!
