Happy Halloween!

I present to you what is probably the creepiest NES game of all time, the point-and-click adventure Uninvited.

(Please note, I did cut out several parts where I was fumbling around trying to figure out what to do next. I’m not trying to hide it, I just thought it was boring to watch and the video is already long enough. Unfortunately, the transitions aren’t as obvious as I intended so I thought I would point it out. The most egregious is there are two cuts in the maze because I decided to wander around for a long time until I finally gave up and cast Telemaze.)

Things I learned on this play through:

1) 90 - 95% of the objects you find have no use.

2) The game is very forgiving in terms of not soft-locking when you make mistakes.

3) If you're playing a horror game and you have the opportunity to stock up on holy water, do so!
