4I come bearing news of hope in Dawn of the Mexica. I've made progress. I've learned more. And I'm ready to show it on stream, as today we go through three different runs with three different classes. First is the shapeshifter, because you never knew you needed to turn into a rat or a bat. The pain, of course, is in getting started. Then there is the Rogue, who is apparently really good as spilling arrows out of his quiver. As for the Hunter, who is unlocked by killing something with a ranged attack? Turns out spears are slightly more effective.
But overconfidence is a quick and decisive killer.
Dawn of the Mexica is a brutally difficult traditional Roguelike where you must journey from your village to the underworld in an effort to find out why Huitzilopochtli, the Sun God, has not risen. The game will take you from forest jungels to catacombs all the way to the fabled city of Tenochtitlan. Do you have what it takes to cut through a game steeped in Aztec lore?
