The game has been available on Steam since 2017, but it has been suffering from several performance issues.
The game became available on the Xbox Game Pass in March 2021 for both Xbox consoles and PC, and gamers noticed that the Xbox Game pass version has significantly fewer issues than the Steam version, which lead to the game being review bombed on Steam: with reviewers demanding that the issues be fixed.
