A very fun game, it's similar to the style I usually like in fighting games: that is if you have a fighting mechanic where you're supposed to hit people to the death, allow me to do so and not toy around with controls to attempt to get a move to work.
Now I know a lot of people like the entire "execution" thing in games, especially this genre but hear me out will you: ease of movement allows for better repetition, and always fixes a broken mess when it exists. Don't believe me? Look at Street Fighter 5 and compare it to Street Fighter 2... yeah, see the difference? That's because I can actually control my character well, and since it's a fighting game, it makes sense if the speed matches something like, well I don't know.... going forward and hitting the character to death or knock out? Anyone see my point? There isn't any need to turn something basic into a science project for the developers and designers who likely force the poor game programmers into making something that has no actual weight just so that Arcades or modern companies can milk you down like a useless cow.
Rant done... enjoy the game, it was fun to play it through, just had to take it off my chest the hatred I have for a certain Shoryuken.com + FGC, and my ever growing support for the "filthy casual" fighting game fans who just love these games for the exact same reason that these FGC fuckers got into these titles to begin with. They just don't play it attempting to break the flow by spamming up attacks and configuring combos and controller inputs en mass to get cheap wins like you assholes do, and by the way you should thank the common fighting game fans for keeping your shitty Mecca of retardation called EVO in power since they actually buy your shit and enjoy it until they find how it is, and how retarded you fuckers are.
Anyway... now I really need to stop, because otherwise I might do a DDoS straight into Shoryuken.com's shitty Puppy Linux servers.
