Walkthrough:
Head to the other side of the Cave section, which exits into the Library and talk to the book on the table.

00:50 - Apanda (Boss)
Apanda is weak to fire. If you cast Ifrit, Apanda will cower in fear. Hit it with your hardest fire attacks and it will fall quickly. Head back through the door you entered when afterwards.

03:30 - The Tower
There isn't anything to do here except run across the invisible platforms until you reach the end. Be sure to pick up the Dragon Aevis Beastiary entry as they only appear here.

04:24- The Castle
This area has a a ton of bosses in it, but fortunately none of them are difficult. First, head to the exit on the left bottom, which takes you to a new tower for a chest. Then do this on the right side for another chest. Now head down the stairs of the main castle entrance to the dungeon.

In here, you will see a bunch of old men walking around 2 of the cells that contain chests. Each one of these will force you into a boss fight.

09:55 - 6x Alte Roite + Jura Aevis
Initially, you can just do whatever your hardest attacks are. After taking about 6,000 damage, the Alte Roite will transform into the Jura Aevis, which can dish out damage quickly. I recommend using Odin and your strongest attacks to defeat the Jura Aevis, while you use White Wind to keep your party alive. Overall, this isn't a hard fight, you just have to do it 6 times to clear the area and collect the chests. When you have cleared them all, head to the cell in the bottom left and tell the person there, yes.

16:48 - Azulmagia
Azulmagia is a Blue Mage, which means that he can learn Blue Magic, so have someone cast Self Destruct on him (then revive them). Azulmagia will learn the spell, and then cast it on his next turn, killing himself instantly.

After the fight, you are rewarded with a new heal/save spot. Before we move forward, cast Float on your entire party and equip at least 1 Reflect Ring to make the next boss a joke. Head over to the far right cell and talk to the creature on the other side of the bars.

18:48 - Catastrophe (Boss)
Since you have Float on, Catastrophe will cast 100Gs in order to bring your party to the ground. With 1 person wearing a Reflect Ring, it will never be able to take Float status off that person, and it will constantly cast 100Gs throughout the entire fight. This leaves you to auto attack it to death.

Proceed upstairs and head across to the tower on the other side where you will find another chest. I run around to encounter a Yojimbo so I can steal its Murakumo before continuing on. Head up through the throne room and try to proceed 2 times in a room. You will encounter another boss.

33:41 - Halicarnassus (Boss)
Use a Maiden's Tear on your team and then simply dish out the damage with everything except summons. She will counter summons and likely kill someone in your party. Zenigage works well here.

Head on upstairs where you will run into yet another boss.

35:35 - Twintania (Boss)
The trick here is to buff your party with Mighty Guard, and then use Carbuncle to reflect all spells. Then only use magic spells/zenigage to kill it. It will counter with Mega Flare, which will reflect onto itself.

41:17 - Final Floor
Head towards Gilgamesh (picking up the chest first) who will be very easy to kill. Be sure to steal the Genji Helm before you finish him off. After that, he seems... different. Move through the next floor, picking up the chests. Skip the first chest in the next section and proceed to the fourth section. Work towards the far left where you will encounter an orb of light. Talk to it for another boss.

51:45 - Necrophobe + Barrier x4 (Boss)
First and foremost, you need to kill all 4 barriers with group spells. I recommend Bahamut/Zenigage. Then just keep dishing out the damage. When you do enough damage, Gilgamesh comes to help you win (and complete your Beastiary). Rest up and the newly available rest/save area before we go back for that missed chest.
