After this game, Nisperox proceeded to start posting in his discord server about how I was dead and he was beating me. Nisperox's explanation for why I was dead- 'My army was 5x the value and he had no resources' Except my elec income was at +15 while his was +8. And I hade 2 expos while he had 1 so my coal income was 50% higher than his as well. Income is better than Resources as long as you have the space to produce units. Which I clearly did with my chambers at full health defended by soundbeams.
A cheaper army with the right units and positioning can can easily defeat an army 3, 5 even 10x the resource value. The army matchup has to be factored in, you can't just compare values in a vacuum.
His explanation for why he thinks he was about to win, when it's obvious from the replay that he wasn't actually- reveals his lack of understanding of the game and why I call him an 'Advanced AI'. You can't just calculate the monetary value of 2 armies and determine absolutely that 1 would win the fight based purely on those numbers.
