In this lecture we discussed the non repetitive secondary structure of proteins which is very important for protein stability and proper functioning. Irregular non repetitive secondary structure of proteins are less organized as compare to alpha helices and beta sheets.
The examples of non repetitive secondary structures are loops and coils. Random coils are also differentiated in the lecture.
