Old trick with 2 easy methods to succeed.
First clip
1. Go to the spot where you can backflip over Mido's barrier.
2. Go to first person view (C-UP)
3. Hold down on the stick and then set it to L/Z targetting followed by mashing the A button.

Second Clip.
This one uses the hookshot.
1. Go to the spot where you can backflip over Mido's invisible barrier.
2. Go to first person view to get the best angle.
3. L/Z Targetting mode and get the hookshot out
4. Hold down to aim the hookshot upwards (this should change the A button command from "Speak" to "Jump")
5. Do a backflip
