I was checking why the Zombie hover was so hard to skip this fight so I thought what if I started off at a higher platform and removed some of Ganon's Strings so he cannot attack with his punches. Eventually I managed to get Out of Bounds by COMPLETE accident. I didn't want to cut the entire video during OoB, I wanted you viewers to see why this one is one of the least useful OoBs in the game... and I haven't played Wind Waker for ages (at least a year) so you can see some embarassment during the Zombie Hover setup.

There is one thing I do regret is not going far OoB as possible and to see if a creative Fire arrow shot could hit the woodern part of the warp pot from the higher floor... Yes I know we have recently found a way to skip the Trials without Hookshot and Elemental Arrows.

Then I try out the Zombie hover and bloody nora I need Tiki's hands to button mash the B button.. at least this failed attempt shows why it's practically suicide to do for a Single Segment speed run.
