He's got defensive prowess with his Unrivaled Heroic Strikes having i-frames and he hits like an absolute truck, defense and offense at it's core. When used in the right way, Officer stands above even most other power skulls in his capabilities. You just gotta make sure you build a high damage% run, which is what I'll be doing here utilizing Treasure+ to get there! Then just sprinkle in a little bit of crit item action for funsies, and you've got a potential recipe for destruction. Now, it's just a matter of execution.
