One Small Pup, One Big Horde (Days Gone)
14We check in with Deacon St-John once more, as I set out to find a puppy in order to try and cheer up Boozer from his post-arm depression. On the way, we encounter some of the mutated Freakers, and save some random schmuck in order to send him off to a work camp. Actually finding the puppy at the old camp ground turns out to be a lot easier than expected, and Boozer seems happy to see him. After that, we go after a bounty who seems to be hiding next to the old saw mill that is home to a Freaker horde. The bounty runs his stupid ass right into the horde, and I try my best to take down the swarm of ravenous folk. Eventually, I'm forced to admit defeat, and we head back to Iron Mike's camp to have a chat with local scumbag Skizzo. He wants to sneak across the border into Ripper territory with Deacon in order to pick up some detonator cord they need to start caving in Freaker horde nests.
