There was one last Konami Game Boy game in their recent collections that I had yet to check out. I was hoping to get to this yesterday, but the boss battled just too so long. So here we go with Operation C. And... it was shorter than I expected. Oops. A lot of fun though. But I probably could have done without the same scumming on the last level. I genuinely thought there were a couple more behind it yet. But whatever. Do I like the game? I mean, yea, it's Contra. It's got its difficult moments, some areas that feel a little cheap, but it's still a pretty good game. I didn't figure out how to dodge all of the last boss' attacks, but I think most everything else could be dealt with. I'm glad I played it.
