In this episode my main goal was to get a perfect Pincha Peppernut farm going. This requires a temperature between 55 and 60 degrees Celsius. Also good air pressure and polluted water. I tried to preheat some polluted water using hot geyser water and then used a liquid tepidizer to heat the water. I used a thermo switch to make sure the water was only heated to between 55 and 60 degrees. I used a second thermo switch to make sure only water above 55 degrees was pumped to the Pincha Peppernut farm room. The tepidizer uses 960W of power which is almost an entire 1kw circuit.

I used insulated pipe made out of abyssalite to keep the water warm until it got to the farm room. I then used granite pipe to build a radiator in the room to vent off the heat from the water. It did heat up the room but it may take a few cycles until it reaches 55C. I could have used wolframite to make the heat exchange even faster but wanted to try granite first.

I also flooded the base with hot water to try to quickly heat it up. It worked fairly well but damaged some machines in the base. Stress is low in the base and there is a large amount of food and good clean oxygen. I'm pretty happy with the layout and will probably expand and explore next episode.
