A good ol' port of Pac-man for the NeoGeo Pocket Color. There's no video notes for this one as it emulates just fine with the exception of the ditty getting cut off abruptly (as a result of the music playing slightly slower, a symptom of what seems to be in every emulated NGPC game). We own two copies of this game and I've never been able to tell the difference between the two, since they're both in English; One is a cart with a white label but no rating system and the other is a cart with a blue label and an ESRB rating of "E" (U.S. version I guess). I'm wondering if the white-label is a PAL copy.
