Yeah looks like people who cried goomba censorship conveniently missed this little nugget, FFT style (prone to bad tips, clickbait and misinformation by bad fans, though some actually help). Be careful of those culture wars channels for what they white knight or exaggerate what is woke (which is redefined to be very hateful sometimes).

So this wiki says this French (that was unique) guy with the afro is named Dupree. The game is pretty funny though it is inconsistent with what it does and doesn't censor (I have a related vid where we bully a blooper, and someone else had a vid with Madame Flurrie forcing herself on Mario).

Overall, I treat this like a dad joke's game (belly button pickup lines are a new one lol and ya gotta talk to Dupree/bozo twice in Petalburg) and find a moment for a cheap laugh when I can.
