Though ya gotta be crazy prepared. Get the mango tickets on discount, used ranged attacks (Papaya, Brie and Sasha help a lot with Rhubarb as backup) have dumb Critical luck, evade as he 1 shots while draining life, and have that experience egg (no hard mode sadly) let you double your experience from prior battles for kills to level up to 4 or 5 here.

I have no idea how to possibly do this on hard mode. He has way too much difficulty with RNG (even on normal, timing the evasion or criticals 2-3 spaces before is tough) and the hidden objects that I would advise only breaking 2 a turn for him to pop up, fart and hide without breaking everything to reset and get owned by ghosts.
