Shadow of the Ninja Reborn - Learning Through Combat RNG & Barely Made a Frustrating Jump (Kaede)
So much to learn with this frustrating game.
Ninja gear is tap to use katana or it, but hold R to swap between. I beat the first boss due to RNG with a healing item. You are guaranteed a katana wave Boost when dying, though you don't regain health between sublevels (1 life and gotta redo at least that section).
That saw and the grappling hook show how much of a difference efficiency makes when battling. Also, that first boss releases water in a pinch mode, but it won't hurt you, though it looks nasty as green and blocks part of your view.
I dunno how to repeat that success of my jump at the end as I hung to the bottom ledge. I couldn't shadow dash in mid air nor simply run straight like tmnt for NES. I also couldn't shadow dash as it stops immediately once you fall. Very frustrating, but I got better. There are also no cutscenes to start nor between levels.
I Dunno how 2 players can cope in these games tengo project made: wild guns reloaded and ninja saviors get more frustrating and are even less generous with checkpoints.
