Whether you use Enchanted Fossils (as I do) or run Eternal Labyrinth, you can make disgusting amounts of currency when you hit a high demand enchant on a top tier base like a Hubris Circlet.

If you hit a huge payday enchant, consider using Conqueror's Exalted Orbs to add influence, and/or Awakener's Orbs to add Shaper or Elder influence, in accordance with what synergizes best with the enchant you have rolled.
