► Soo Neo, what happens today ? Well I'm glad You ask!! ツ
Welcome everybody! To Let's Play Portal Knights! Part 1! This is actually my first impression of Portal Knights. This game is this kind of mix that, in wrong hands may be a very bad game. Thank God, Portal Knights is a good game! At least that is the first impression from it. We start on a lovely little map Called Peaceful Hills filled with slimes, not big of a threat for a starting Portal Knight right ? As always in games like this our starting equipment is not fantastic, Wooden weapon, no armor. But crafting in Portal Knights seems rich, we just need more resources to gather but that will probably happen after Peaceful Hills. Now I like to belive that this first map, Peaceful Hills in Portal Knights is a kind of a training – Starting zone. There are few buildings around which we can claim for own need. A little farm located on the other corner of Peaceful Hills and a Stone tower with a chest on the lowest level guarded by a stronger foe then the slimes above. In this first impression video I take care of crafting character and learning the basic of how to fight and craft in Portal Knights, we also learn how to build. Tho the building resembles a lot of minecraft its may more fun, thanks to the less strict range of digging and building oh and apparently in Portal Knights there is no fall damage or at least not in the first level of Peaceful Hills. Soo its ok. Tho You may want to look out at the edges of the map. Maps in Portal Knights are small and they end with a long steep to a bottomless pit, but its ok thanks to that the developers of Portal Knights could focus on the quality not quality of our adventures. Also I take ab it of a tase of magic in Portal Knights, how to repair a portal to a next map and also that Some enemys have the ability to cast spells. Like for example a hollow skeleton with area of effect frost damaging spell , easy to avoid but it gives a taste of what we can expect in Portal Knights. Combat is fun, easy to learn and right timing is at the beginning important in order to receive minimal damage from opponents.
