The first 18 minutes of this video is all story progression, starting with the recruitment of Setzer. We learn his backstory, and we obtain a new Airship. First order of business was to follow a pigeon to the town of Maranda in order to obtain clues as to the whereabouts of various locations, and hints regarding a couple of Espers and party members. Although we got a lead as to Cyan's whereabouts, I decided to go on a shopping spree in the remaining towns first. Great way to acquire hints as to the whereabouts of a couple more party members. Apparently, Relm is in Jidoor, Cyan is in Zozo, Shadow's looking for an Itchy Gecky, and Locke is out searching for a legendary treasure.

After my shopping spree, I decided to search around, teaching Sabin his final Blitz--the Phantom Rush (or Bum Rush in the SNES version), picked up Quetzalcoatl alongside the four fish on the beach in Solitary Island, and found out the old man is in fact Gau's father. Since we know where he is, as well as Terra, that's where we'll start.

Gau is in the Veldt, so we can't recruit him yet--full party and all. So I decided to instead go back to Terra and try and pick her up. Humbaba blew half my party members away, but we proved victorious all the same. Terra rejoins the party. Instead of picking up Gau in the Veldt, I decided to instead head down to Narshe since we had an empty character slot and everything. Lone Wolf comes up, informs us all the houses are locked, and only a thief like Locke can pick them. Also, there's a lone Moogle there. And with a little RNG manipulation with the encounters mixed in with the Ward Bangle, I was able to make my way through Narshe only encountering the formations that I wanted. I recruited Mog, picked up Molulu's Charm, and then looted the place of its treasures before heading back out.

We still need to come back here after we recruit Locke. Not just for the remaining treasures here, but also for a Yeti that Mog said could assist us.

I made a mistake by going down to Jidoor--that's not what I want to do first, but I decided to max out on the weapons in the shop, as well as a couple of relics. I even bought the Excalipoor at the shop.

My final course of action is to encounter Zone Eater on Triangle Island, and to let it eat my entire party. And inside we have a dungeon. Because these encounters are extremely dangerous, with some of them preventing you from escaping (and I want to be able to manipulate my encounters for later), I decided to leave Molulu's Charm on so I'd get no encounters. I recruit Gogo, who is perhaps the most secretive of optional characters in the history of Final Fantasy. He has no backstory, and I only picked him up so I'd have access to the Steal command early on.

That's pretty much it. Sorry for the heavy breathing.
